This Payment & Refund Policy outlines the terms related to online booking payments, cancellations, and refunds at WoB – World of Beauty Parlour. By making an online booking with us, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

Online Booking Policy

All services booked through our online booking system require advance payment. Booking confirmation will be provided only after successful payment.

Service Completion – No Refund

Once the service has been completed, no refund will be provided under any circumstances. Payment made for completed services is strictly non-refundable.

Advance Booking Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the number of days before the scheduled appointment that the booking is cancelled:

  • Cancellation 15 days before the appointment:
    80% of the total payment will be refunded.
  • Cancellation 7 days before the appointment:
    50% of the total payment will be refunded.
  • Same-day cancellation:
    No refund will be provided. The full payment will be forfeited.

No Return Policy

If a booking is cancelled on the same day of the appointment or after the service has started, no payment will be returned. This is a strict no-return policy.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during booking. Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank.

WoB – World of Beauty Parlour reserves the right to modify or update this Payment & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
